Pan Ocean Marine Co., Ltd was founded by Mr. Michael Wang in Hong Kong in 2006 as an advisory and shipbroking company. Michael worked for DSIC in the early 1990s and has lots of experience and resources in shipbuilding and offshore newbuilding during the last 30 years.

Pan Ocean’s skilled team is involved in dealing with a wide variety of ships, including Crude Oil Tanker, Product Tanker, Chemical Tanker, Bulk Carrier, Container Ship, Multipurpose Vessel, Dredging Vessel, Offshore Vessel, Working Vessel and Yacht, etc.

We have been offering professional services and working closely with most of major Chinese shipyards. Over 30 years, we have contracting business with worldwide ship owning companies from Germany, Greece, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, Holland, Turkey, Norway, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.

Our line of business covers ship broking and financing broking services, etc. We are committed to promoting the best deal for our customers through our expertise within this industry and long-term relationships with shipyards, Chinese banks and leasing companies.

我们提供各种船舶买卖的咨询服务，包括新造船、二手船、改装船、海洋工程船及海工项目。我们同船厂和客户密切合作，提供项目技术咨询服务并协助取得船厂报价。我们可以安排船东验厂，协助商务及技术条款谈判，并同客户一起评估船厂的建造能力。作为船东和船厂可靠的协调方，我们为客户提供专业定制的项目管理服务，跟踪项目进展并协调解决各种问题。

Our team provides consulting services for new-buildings, second-hand tonnages, conversion projects and offshore projects. We work with shipyards closely, arrange inspections, negotiate the contracts and assist clients in evaluating suitable shipyards.

根据船东的需求，我们提供技术规格书、建造规格书、厂商表等咨询意见，并协助客户联系国内外知名设计公司获取详细设计图纸。

We prepare outline technical specifications, contract specifications and maker list advisory. We also assist clients in contacting reputable domestic and foreign design companies.
